Support for Grief & Loss
Carrying a loss that still feels too heavy?
Grief is not an illness and it is not something to be fixed. It is the natural shape love takes when someone or something is gone — a bereavement, a separation, a diagnosis, a career or a future you had counted on.
Sometimes, though, grief becomes stuck. The mind keeps returning to the last weeks, to words unsaid, to guilt or anger, and the loss stays raw long after the world expects you to have moved on. Therapy cannot and should not remove your grief, but it can gently release what has become trapped so that remembering brings more warmth than pain.
